What you’ll learn
The BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement provides you with the skills to engage in excellent customer service, covering topics such as; working in a team environment, understand effective KPIs, providing support to a team, communication, providing technical advice and building effective workplace relationships.
This qualification has been superseded and is currently in transition to a new qualification. In line with our registering body requirements the existing qualification is still able to be enrolled in, completed and have qualifications issued.
