What you’ll learn

The BSB30215 Certificate III in Customer Engagement provides you with the skills to engage in excellent customer service, covering topics such as; working in a team environment, understand effective KPIs, providing support to a team, communication, providing technical advice and building effective workplace relationships.

This qualification has been superseded and is currently in transition to a new qualification. In line with our registering body requirements the existing qualification is still able to be enrolled in, completed and have qualifications issued. We will be offering the new qualification within the next 6 months.
